What I coach and train for new to newer agents: Agent Prosperity Program
Not a Training Program. A Production System.
Most brokerages offer training. The problem is that training alone doesn’t create a successful real estate career. In fact, 87% of new real estate agents leave the industry within their first five years—not because they lack ambition, but because they lack a proven system, daily structure, and accountability. The Agent Prosperity Program was designed to solve that problem.
This 12-week production system combines coaching, accountability, business planning, lead generation activities, and real-world application to help newly licensed agents build a pipeline and develop the habits necessary for long-term success.
A Clear Roadmap for Success
Weeks 1-2: Build the Foundation
Every successful business starts with a strong foundation. During the first two weeks, agents complete our CORE Academy while simultaneously building the infrastructure needed to launch their business.
Agents will:
- Build and organize their CRM database
- Load and categorize their Sphere of Influence
- Create a 12-month business plan
- Establish a daily success schedule
- Complete technology setup and onboarding
- Develop a marketing and social media plan
- Meet key business partners including title and mortgage professionals
By the end of Week 2, agents have a functioning business platform, a structured plan, and a clear understanding of what activities drive results.
Weeks 3-8: Build the Pipeline
Knowledge becomes action. During this phase, agents begin weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with their Branch Manager while focusing on the activities that create opportunities.
Key areas include:
- Daily income-producing activities (IPA)
- Sphere of Influence outreach
- Buyer consultation mastery
- Seller consultation mastery
- Contract training
- Lead follow-up systems
- Prospecting and pipeline development
Each coaching session focuses on accountability, skill development, role-playing, and creating a specific action plan for the following week.
Weeks 9-12: Become a Closer
The final phase focuses on converting activity into contracts. Agents receive support and mentorship as they begin writing offers, managing transactions, and developing the confidence needed to serve clients independently.
The goal is simple:
Build a pipeline.
Create opportunities.
Move toward your first closing.
By the end of the program, agents are evaluated based on measurable business-building activities, lead generation efforts, and readiness for long-term success.
